What we do
About us
We create small scale events that help people reap the benefits of being more connected with the natural world. Staying in simple cabins in a hidden valley in Pembrokeshire, our guests are invited to put away their phones, chop wood to cook and fire the sauna, swim wild, feel the sun and rain on their face and connect with nature. Very quickly, the constant craving for that mini dopamine hit disappears leaving space for a less frenetic relationship with the world to return.
Our guests say...
“ For me, I’ve just felt so calm since coming back…if there’s one thing I want to take from the weekend it is to intentionally switch off from the day-to-day more, paying attention to the smaller things that bring me joy and being less “available at all times. ”
Tom (South Glos.)
“ We all reflected on the way back that 2 days of switching off felt like so much longer, maybe because we were truly paying attention to the world. ”
Dom (Bristol)
“ The real value has been the lasting impact, helping to be a prompt to embed some positive changes to my day to day. ”
Sam (Bristol)
“ It was the ideal balance of peace, connection, stillness and lightness. I felt gently encouraged to disconnect and slow down but nothing was forced. ”
Louis (London)
“ An absolutely beautiful weekend. It felt so good to get out into nature and step away from the hustle and bustle of city life. ”
Jac (Cardiff)
